Global Talent Network
The Department for Business and Trade’s Global Talent Network (GTN) is building a community of professionals with an interest in working in priority science and technology roles at innovative companies in the UK. The Global Talent Network regularly update users about UK AI, quantum technologies and life sciences news, jobs and funding opportunities. EURAXESS UK
EURAXESS UK provides guidance for international researchers moving to the UK. There is a network of institutions across the UK acting as EURAXESS centres, offering advice on joining their institution and settling into the local area. EURAXESS UK is part of the international EURAXESS network, established by the European Commission to help support researchers’ mobility between countries & their career development. Researchers can access career development tools and search for funding opportunities, hosting and jobs, with over 64,000 international jobs offered yearly. All EURAXESS services are free to access.

Global Talent visa endorsing bodies
One of the visa routes open to highly skilled science and tech talent is the Global Talent visa. If you choose to apply via this route, you must first be endorsed. These are the Science, Research and Technology related bodies that could endorse your application to relocate to the UK:
British Academy

Royal Academy of Engineering
The Royal Academy of Engineering is a charity delivering public benefit, a National Academy providing progressive leadership, and a Fellowship bringing together an unrivalled community of leaders from every part of engineering and technology. The Academy provides grants and support for engineers at every career stage, as well as resources for entrepreneurs, innovators, and the wider engineering profession.

The Royal Society is the National Academy of science for the UK and a Fellowship of many of the world’s most distinguished scientists. Its mission is to recognise, promote and support excellence in science and to encourage its development and use for the benefit of humanity. As well as being an endorsing body for the Global Talent visa, the Society provides funding for excellent researchers through fellowships and grants.
